| 摘 要： | 变参数振动钻削过程中，由于轴向力，扭矩等的动态变化及不同区段加工质量特征参数的不同，导致不同的最优振动参数和最优切削数，文中通过多元正交多项式回归参数优化设计，运用概率论和数理统计原理进行振动钻削过程的参数优化，并通过对比试验验证了变参数振动钻削的优良效果。

| Abstract: | The dynamicvariation of thrust,torque and so on in varying- parametervibration drilling and the difference of characteristic parameters of machining quality in differentzones of drilling lead to the optimal vibration parameters and cutting parameters.Based on the parametric optimal design of multi- elementor- thogonal polynomical regression and the principle of probability theory and mathematical statistics,the parametric optimum of vibration drilling was presented.Moreover,the excellent technological effect of varying- parameter vibration drilling was proved in the comparative experiments. |
