有限体积法仿真金属塑性成形的基本理论

摘    要:基于有限体积和塑性成形基本理论,推导出金属塑性成形的有限体积质量方程、动量方程、能量方程等控制方程,给出有限体积单元的速度分量和温度关于时间的微分方程,并提出了求解成形体的速度、温度、应变速率和应力等物理场量的计算方法。从而建立起了用有限体积法对金属塑性成形进行数值模拟的基本理论体系。

Abstract:Finite volume method(FVM) has more advantages for the simulation of high temperature and large deformation forming process than finite element method. The governing equations for metal forming simulation, such as the conservation of mass, momentum and energy, were deduced. The differential equations about velocity components and temperature to time of an FVM element were given. The solving methods for the variables of velocity components, temperature, strain rate components and stain components were also provided. The basic theory for the simulation of metal forming process with finite volume method is now set up. It is very useful for the construction of a simulation system on metal forming process.
