| 摘 要： | 通过对我国卫生体制改革及医院治理模式改革现状和方向的分析,从理论层面上阐述了医院运营机制变革是目前行之有效的方法,指出医院托管是现阶段公立医院机制改革的有效模式,并指出医院管理公司在这一领域的实践方向.
