| 摘 要： | 本文提出一种新的用计算机控制同步系统的参考模型自适应控制系统.它改进了常用的Ichikawa 控制结构(由日本上智大学教授Ichikawa 提出)的某些缺陷.理论分析表明,本文提出的控制结构比Ichikawa 结构性能优越.计算机仿真及实时控制结果表明,新结构的同步精度确实比Ichikawa 结构好得多.此外,新结构的采样时间仅为2ms,达到了现有自适应控制系统的先进水平.

| Abstract: | Synchronous control systems such as the hydraulic screw-down sy-stem in cold rolling mills have been widely used.In this paper,a new ModelReference Adaptive System(MRAC)controlled by a computer is devised fora hydraulic synchronous system.An improvement is made on the commonadaptive control type of Ichikawa control structure to remedy some of itsshortcomings.A theoretical analysis is made to reveal why the new structurehas better results than the conventional Ichikawa structure.The simulationand the real-time control results show that the new synchronous revisedstructure gives much better performance.Futhermore,the sampling periodof the control system has been limited to 2ms.It reaches an advanced levelamong the existing adaptive control systems. |
