砂型高强度D型石墨铸铁的研制

摘    要:本文研究了D型石墨组织的形成条件,以及碳、硅和锰等含量与D型石墨铸铁机械强度之间的关系。采用普通工业原材料,用包内孕育的方法能在砂型中生产D型石墨铸铁,该工艺过程简单、稳定。近共晶D型石墨铸铁不仅有较高的机械强度,而且有良好铸造性能、致密的组织、白口倾向极小和加工性能好等优点。所以高强度砂型铸造D型石墨铸铁是一种很有实用价值和发展前途的新颖铸造合金材料。

Abstract:In this paper the forming condition of D-type graphite strurctureis described, and the relation between the mechanical strength of D-typegraphite cast iron and the contents of carbon, silicon and mangnese isanalysed. By means of ladle inoculation and using common commercial pig iron,D-type grahite cast iron can be produced in the sand mold. This technolo-gical process is both simple and practical. D-type graphite cast iron neareutectic composition high has not only mechanical strength but also goodcast characteristic, compact struture and great inverse chill capacity. Itsmachinability is good. Thus high strength D-type graphie cast iron withpearlite matrix has practical value and a great future for casting alloy mate-rial.
