摘    要:针对现有电网规划中难以很好综合考虑经济性和可靠性的问题,在对电网规划进行数学描述的基础上,以供应方开发成本最小和需求方缺电成本最小为目标函数,提出了多目标电网规划的一般最优化模型,并直接在算法的寻优过程体现该最优化模型.同时以改进的混合遗传模拟退火算法为求解工具,来解决该多目标电网规划问题.算例证明了该模型的有效性.

Abstract:As the present electric power network planning can hardly take economy and reliability into account, with the objective function of the minimum exploitation cost of supplier's and the minimum outage cost of customer, a general optimized model of multi-objective electric power network planning was presented. The model is based on the mathematical formulation of electric power network planning, and is applied directly to the process of optimization. The improved hybrid genetic/simulated-annealing algorithm is used to solve the problems emerging in the process of multi-objective planning. The sample testified the validity of the presented model.
