西气门紫油机两进气道的相互干扰——对气门口流场的影响

摘    要:在稳流模拟试验台上,利用所研制的四气门柴油机试验缸盖和气门口三维流速测量装置,运用热线风速仪测量了四气门柴油机不同气道布置方案下的进气门出口三维流场,揭示了四气门柴油机两进气道的相互干扰对气门口流场影响的变化规律,。两气道的相互干扰使两进气道相互作用区域,近壁区域的内流速的大小和分布发生明显差异,这种差异随相互作用区域内速度峰值的增大而增加,切向速度分量影响最大,其速度大小及分布变化较大,切向气道较螺旋气道影响更大,螺旋气道对切向气道的影响随升程的增加而增大,切向气道对螺纹秘气道的影响则随升程的增大而减小。

Abstract:With experimental cylinder head of four valve diesel engine and flow velocity measuring device around the intake valve exit, an experimental study on the stationary flow test bench was carried out by using hot wire anemometer (HWA). The law of effects of disturbance between two intake ports on intake ports exit flow field was explored. The disturbance affects the flow velocity greatly in the areas of interaction between two ports and close to wall. With the increasing of flow velocity in the area, the effects are greater. The disturbance affects the tangential component of the velocity mostly. The directional port is affected more than the helical port. With the higher of the lift increasing, the effects to directional port made by helical port increase while the effects to helical port made by directional port decrease.
