| 摘 要： | 本文研究了一些磷化合物的X射线光电子能谱,测定了磷1s电子的结合能、磷2p电子结合能和磷KLL俄歇电子能量,首次报导了九个磷化合物的有关电子能谱值,并讨论了这些电子能谱位移与化学状态之间的对应关系.

| Abstract: | The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS)has been used to study several phosphorous compounds. The hinding energies of 1s and 2p electrons and X-ray induced Auger electron spectra of phosphorus have been obtained and the values of the above items are for the first time reported in this paper. Correlation between the shifts of spectra and chemical states has been discussed |
