摘    要:为实现不规则颗粒材料三维离散元建模,通过X射线断层扫描技术获取真实颗粒的切片图像,并对其进行二值化处理和边缘点探测提取计算,以重建三维颗粒模型而获取颗粒空间坐标信息.引入最小基本球体半径、有效空间系数和分类半径作为控制参数,采用VC++语言编写颗粒模型并生成程序,运用基本球体进行可重叠组合,自动生成不规则颗粒模型.结果表明,在相同参数条件下,该程序运行结果惟一,且与初始条件无关.同时,通过调控控制参数,能够获得不同精度的模型,并使颗粒模型精度与所需球体之间达到平衡关系.
