摘    要:对基于压电效应的沥青路面能量收集技术的可行性和效率进行探讨.路面中存在应力驱动和振动驱动能.速度为60 km/h的标准轴载对沥青路面深40 mm处所做的功约为0.644 J;实测的沥青路面振动频率约在15 Hz.初步试验表明,一个钹式压电换能器阵列,在0.7 MPa 20 Hz的荷载作用下,可产生超过250 V的电压,能稳定点亮8个LED灯,这验证了压电式路面能量收集技术的可行性.压电换能器性能取决于器件的换能效率、储能能力、疲劳寿命,以及与路面刚度的匹配程度.理论和有限元分析表明,针对路面环境,不同换能器的性能各有差异,换能效率约为5%~30%.直径为32 mm的钹式换能器,在0.7 MPa荷载的作用下,可产生高达97.33 V的电压.若荷载频率为20 Hz,则最多可收集到1.2 mW的电能,潜能可观.
