摘    要:基于三维Hill’48屈服准则建立了内高压成形的力学模型,将半隐式向后Euler应力更新算法与显式有限元方法相结合,通过用户自定义子程序UMAT将本构模型嵌入有限元软件LS-DYNA中,通过单个单元的拉伸试验对其进行验证,并将本构模型应用于液压胀形过程的数值仿真模拟,与各向同性Mises屈服准则进行了对比分析.结果表明,二次开发的本构模型正确,能够较好地反映管材胀形的变形规律.

Abstract:Based on the three-dimensional Hill’48 anisotropic yield criterion, a mechanical model was developed to describe hydroforming process, which combines the semi-implicit backward Euler stress integration method and the explicit finite element solving algorithm. The three-dimensional Hill’48 yield criterion was implemented in the commercial finite element software LS-DYNA by using user defined material models UMAT. This algorithm was validated by the tensile test of single element. Besides, it was applied to the numerical simulation of hydraulic bulging to analyze the difference between Hill’48 anisotropic yield criterion and Mises isotropic yield criterion. The numerical results show that the implemented constitutive model is proper and it can reveal the deformation rule of tube bulging reasonably.
