摘    要:提出了一种基于数字图像处理技术的曲线磨削在线检测方法,该方法运用安装在磨床上的电荷耦合器(CCD)摄像机对工件已磨削轮廓进行实时图像采集,并对工件图像进行边缘提取;根据图像中工件轮廓的位置引导工作台按工件实际加工曲线走轨迹,利用工作台的运动轨迹反求工件的实际曲线,从而检测出工件的实际加工曲线.通过将检测曲线与理论轮廓曲线进行比较,得到了工件轮廓上任意点的磨削误差,为曲线磨削的在线补偿提供了必要的依据.实验结果表明:该检测方法较传统的离线检测方法能达到更高的检测精度,且能够对任意复杂的轮廓进行检测.

Abstract:A new on-line error measurement method for curve grinding parts based on digital image processing technology was presented.Using CCD camera,the contour of finished surface is captured and the image is preprocessed for denoising and edge detection.The worktable is guided by the image to follow the path of the finished contour of the workpiece and then the real contour of the finished workpiece is generated by simulating the moving path of the worktable.Finally,the machining error is obtained by comparing the detected contour with the theoretical contour of the workpiece.These errors provide necessary data for the subsequent error compensation process.The experimental results show that the measurement method offers high detection precision and can be used in wide fields,especially for the parts with complex curve.
