摘    要:针对中国南车集团开发的高速列车传动齿轮箱,建立了传动齿轮箱的传热模型,采用经验公式分析了转速对齿轮箱各种热功率损失的影响,并在验证热分析模型有效的基础上,计算分析了列车运行速度对齿轮箱平衡温度的影响.为列车提速后传动齿轮箱平衡温度的预测和可靠运行提供了理论基础.

Abstract:The influence of train speed on the equilibrium temperature of the practical spur gear was studied to suit for the development of high speed train.First,the heat transfer model of spur gear used in high speed train is established and the thermal power losses at different speeds are calculated and analyzed.On the base of the model validation,the temperature fields of spur gear corresponding to different train speeds are analyzed by using this thermal model.It is found the equilibrium temperature increases with the increase of train speed.When the speed reaches to a degree,the temperature begins to decrease.At different train speed ranges,the zones which have the higher equilibrium temperatures are located at different places.
