摘    要:规则推理(RBR)和实例推理(CBR)是使用已有经验来解决问题的两种不同的方法,结合这两种技术并将其用于刀具选择,有利于模具加工的智能化发展.首先,根据刀具选择任务的特点,采用“分而治之”的原则,把刀具选择划分为刀具类型及材料选择和刀具几何参数确定两个子任务,并对两个子任务分别采用RBR和CBR两种不同的推理方法.同时对实例的框架表示、基于模糊贴近度的实例相似性度量以及实例特征的权重计算等关键技术进行了研究,并给出了相应的实例.

Abstract:Rule based reasoning and case based reasoning are two different techniques which use experience to resolve problems. It is benefit to the development of intelligence of die & mold manufacturing to apply these two techniques in tool selection. Based on the properties of cutting tool design, this paper introduced the criteria of dividing and ruling and divided the tool design into two different subtasks. Rule-based reasoning and case-based reasoning were used in two subtasks respectively. It also investigated the representation of case, similar measure of cases based on fuzzy degree of nearness and the weight of case features. At last, an example was given to illustrate the procedure of geometric parameters decision of cutting tool using case based reasoning.
