网络游戏玩家需求评估方法

摘    要:针对网络游戏玩家需求信息的模糊性和不确定性,构建了玩家需求重要度评估模型,提出了基于模糊集和熵的玩家需求重要度评估方法.引入对称三角模糊数表达玩家需求信息,最大程度地包含了玩家评价中的模糊元素;建立了基于玩家需求的模糊决策矩阵,用熵的方法确定玩家需求的重要度.最后,通过网络游戏虚拟物品设计的实例验证该评估方法的可行性和有效性,证明能用较少的、模糊的调查数据获得客观的、准确的玩家需求信息.

Abstract:According to the fuzziness and uncertainty of the online gamer requirements,a model of evaluating gamer requirements was proposed.To rate gamer requirements,a method based on fuzzy sets and entropy was presented.Symmetrical triangular fuzzy numbers were adopted to present gamer requirements information.A fuzzy decision matrix based on gamer requirements was built,using entropy to evaluate the importance of gamer requirements.Finally,an example was given to illustrate the feasibility and validity of this evaluating method,proving that objective and exact gamer requirements information can be got from a small quantity of investigating fuzzy data.
