辐射接枝共聚物PC-g-PS对PC/PS共混体系形态结构的控制作用

摘    要:采用熔融共混的方法制得PC/PS共混物,研究辐射接枝共聚物PC-g-PS对PC/PS共混体系的增容作用,通过SEM研究PC-g-PS对PC/PS共混体系形态结构的控制作用.结果表明,PC-g-PS的加入使得PC/PS共混体系的相容性明显提高,分散相相区尺寸大大减小,界面张力明显降低,二相间界面粘合力提高,分散相的抗聚结稳定性也大为提高.

Abstract:Radiation grafting copolymer of polycarbonate (PC) and polystyrene (PS) was used as a compatibilizer of PC/PS melt blends. The control of the morphology of PC/PS blends by this PC g PS was studied by DSC and SEM. With the addition of PC g PS, the compatibility of PC/PS blends was improved, the dimensions of the dispersed phases and the interfacial tension between the two phases were reduced. Additionally, the stabilization against gross segregation and interfacial adhesion of the blends were also improved by adding PC g PS.
