摘    要:考虑到可控串补系统(TCSC)与并补系统(SVC)两种FACTS装置在电力系统控制中的相互影响,提出了利用影射控制理论设计—暂态稳定控制器来实现TCSC与SVC的控制协调,该暂态稳定控制器是直接作用于TCSC和SVC的输入测量信号,从而提高单机远距离与电网互联系统的暂态稳定性;采用TCSC和SVC的等值电流注入模型,在每次迭代计算中节点导纳矩阵不需要修改就能提高计算速度,经阳城—淮阴输电工程中仿真验证,并与传统的单个FACTS设计进行了比较,结果表明,该暂态稳定控制器能大大提高系统暂态稳定性。

Abstract:This paper presented a coordinated controller of thyristor controlled series compansator (TCSC) and static var compensator (SVC) for the transient stability enhancement of long transmission systems when the control interaction of the two FACTS devices is considered, according to the projective control theory. The developed scheme coordinates two measurement signals to control the TCSC and SVC, and was simulated in the Yangcheng-Huaiyin transmission project of China and compared to the FACTS controller scheme designed individually. The results show that the coordinated controller has better performance for the transient stability enhancement. In addition, by using equivalent injected currents models to simulate TCSC and SVC no modification of the bus admittance matrix is required at each iteration.
