摘    要:基于Euler-Bernoulli理论和局部柔度理论,给出了停机状态单一开裂纹转子的连续模型.数值仿真研究了裂纹深度和裂纹位置对转子固有频率以及振型的影响,并提出了利用固有频率和振型识别裂纹参数的方法,仿真算例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性.

Abstract:A continuous model, which is based on the Euler-Bernoulli theory and the local flexibility theorem, was introduced for vibration analysis of a static (non-rotating) rotor with an open crack. Through numerical analysis, the effects of crack depth and crack location on the dynamic characteristics of cracked rotor were investigated. A crack identification algorithm, which makes use of the deflections of the first mode shape at two symmetric points and the contour diagram of crack location versus crack depth for the first two given normalized eigenfrequencies, was proposed to predict the crack location and depth on a rotor. An illustrative example demonstrates the validity and feasibility of the proposed crack identification algorithm for a rotor with an open crack.
