摘    要:建立了催化转化器内部流动的数学模型,使用计算流体动力学的方法,对其流场进行了二维数值模拟.在模型验证的基础上,对一典型桑塔纳轿车催化转化器的内部流动特征进行了分析,为其进一步的结构优化及与发动机的匹配提供了必要的信息.

Abstract:The mathematical model of the flow in automotive catalyst converter was established and computational fluid dynamic method was adopted. By comparing with the test results, the model was verified. On this base, the flow characteristics of a typical catalyst converter was simulated and analyzed. It was found that there exists large pressure drop in the monolith and flow distribution needs to improve. With the increase of exhaust flow rate, the flow characteristic is deteriorated. The work provides necessary information for the structural optimization of catalytic converter and its optimal match with engines.
