摘    要:本文提出了一燃油溶气雾化新概念,它完全不同于常规燃油雾化方法,通过溶气在喷孔内的析出产生气爆效应,使燃油喷注呈抛物形状,大大提高了燃油雾化质量。

Abstract:This paper proposes a new fuel atomization concept using dissolved gas.The concept involves dissolving gas into a fuel prior to injection. During injection,the gas comes out of the solution due to exceedingly supersaturated fuel and favorable orifice pressure characteristics to create a compressible twophase flow that leads to sudden expansion immediately upon leaving the nozzle orifice. It has been found that the concept can produce vigorous atomization with a parabolic-shaped spray pattern and greatly enhance fuel atomization.In this paper,the method for dissolving gas into fuel,atomization mechanism of fuel containing dissolving gas and resulting spray characteristics are investigated. The results show that the concept could be attractive in producing a more efficient,clean engine and find uses in a wide range of application.
