垂直管吸收器动态特性的研究

摘    要:建立了垂直管吸收器的分布参数动态模型 ,运用该模型计算分析了吸收器的启动特性 ,得出了各参数沿管长的分布规律及吸收器出口宏观参数的变化规律 ,并进行了实验验证 .结果表明 ,吸收器垂直管的顶部在 2 0 %的长度内不存在吸收过程 ,溶液仅进行冷却降温 ;垂直管吸收器的冷却负荷约占机组总冷却负荷的 70 % ,表明垂直管吸收器的吸收效果很好 ,优于水平管 ;在机组的启动阶段 ,吸收器出口溶液的浓度存在一个先升后降的过程

Abstract:A dynamic model with distribution parameter of vertical tube absorber was established. By this model, the startup characteristics of the absorber was numerically calculated and analyzed. The distribution of all parameters along the tube length and the changing of the parameters of outlet solution from the absorber were gained and verified by tests. The results show that, there is no absorption on the top 20% of the length of vertical tube, where the solution is just cooled by cooling water. The cooling load in the vertical tube absorber is about 70% of the total cooling load of the refrigeration installation, and this shows that the absorption effect of the absorber with vertical type is better than that with the horizontal tube. In the startup process of the refrigeration installation, the concentration of outlet solution from absorber arises first and decreases later.
