精冲断裂过程的有限元模拟

摘    要:从材料细观损伤角度对精冲原理进行了研究.开发了基于空穴材料的刚塑性有限元分析系统,该系统可以估算精冲材料的损伤状态,判断材料失效并模拟裂纹的扩展与汇合状况.利用该系统模拟了精冲过程中塑性变形与韧性断裂现象,预测工件断面光亮带高度,研究凸凹模间隙与剪切面质量关系,并与试验数据进行了对比.研究发现,凸凹模间隙与工件剩余厚度之比是影响断面质量的关键因素.

Abstract:The fine blanking mechanism was explored with damage theory and FEM results. A void damage rigid plastic FEM system was developed and the material deformation and ductile fracture process was simulated. The system can evaluate the material damage and bearing capacity failure and display the crack extension and merging phenomena in the fine blanking process. The height of shearing band can be predicted. The influence of process parameters on shearing band height and quality were also analyzed. The theoretical results were compared with the experimental data and the results are favorable. It is found that the ratio between the clearance and residual thickness of workpiece plays an important role in shearing band quality control.
