熔盐燃料电池电堆动态特性的建模和分析

摘    要:根据物质、动量和能量守恒,建立了10kW级顺流型熔融碳酸盐燃料电池(MCFC)电堆的数学模型,给出了模型的边界条件。将MCFC电堆的波状板考虑到模型中,求解模型得到气压以及各部分温度的分布。给出并求解了MCFC的电气特性模型,分析了电堆沿气流方向的特性;电堆在电流密度阶跃变化下的动态响应。与试验数据的比较表明,模型能正确反映电堆真实的内部特性。

Abstract:A numerical model of a 10 kW class co-flow MCFC stack was established based on mass, momentum, and energy conservation equations. Boundary conditions were also presented. The corrugated plate of the MCFC stack is taken into consideration. Then the model was solved for gas pressure and temperature in each part. A model of electricity generation characteristics was given and solved. The performance in the gas flow direction was analyzed in detail. The dynamic characteristics of the stack as the current density changes were investigated using dynamic simulation. The effectiveness of the MCFC stack model was demonstrated by the experimental data.
