摘    要:采用多场景方法处理未来电网规划中的电源建设及负荷发展等不确定性因素,以规划方案对未来各场景下最优方案的最小期望投资悔值为目标函数,同时考虑柔性约束,将N-1状态下的过负荷通过罚函数的形式加到目标函数中,采用改进的蚁群算法对模型求解.对18节点算例系统的分析表明,该方法在满足柔性约束的情况下能保证期望浪费最小,具有很好的适应性和鲁棒性.

Abstract:A multi-scenarios method was used to deal with the uncertainty of electrical source and load. The minimal expectant regret of invest between the expansion plan and the optimal plan in each scenario is defined as the object, and the flexible constraints are also concerned. The penalty function of overloads under N-1 criterion is another object. Based on the case of no original feasible solutions needed and high efficiency, the improved ant colony algorithm is used to solve this problem. The simulation results of an 18-bus system show that this method can, under flexible constraints, give the robust and flexible plan with the least expectant waste of investment.
