摘    要:在Lee-Kuo通用反射图模型的基础上,提出了变因子反射图方程求解方法,采用超松弛方法从实际成像条件下的合成图像中计算出球面的高度.分析了焊接过程中的成像特点,得到了铝合金焊接熔池表面的反射图模型,并针对焊接熔池边缘不光滑特点,提出了实际表面光滑约束条件,计算了铝合金非熔化极气体保护焊(GTAW)熔池表面高度.结果表明,计算结果能够反映熔池的下塌趋势.

Abstract:Based on the general reflectance map model proposed by Lee and Kuo,the height of sphere was calculated by the successive overrelaxation(SOR) method and variable factor method from the synthetic image under the real condition.Based on the analysis of the imaging characteristic,the reflectance map model of welding pool surface of aluminum alloy was set up.In view of the undulation of welding pool edge,the smoothness constraint of welding pool surface was proposed.The surface height of aluminum(alloy) welding pool was calculated and analyzed.The result shows that the calculation can indicate the trend of aluminum welding pool.
