摘    要:通过对MPC增压系统支管入流处的压力、速度和密度的二维可压有限元计算结果的分析,提出了内燃机增压系统一维非定常非均匀质量添加模型.计算和实验表明,该模型不仅克服了一般模型采用特征线法计算时流量误差较大的缺点,而且具有较高的排气压力波预测精度,即使对于组合式MSEM增压系统这样复杂的流动,计算流量误差小于2%,而且具有较高的计算效率

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the distribution of pressure, density and velocity in T joint by FEM, an uneven mass addition model(UnMa model) adaptable to the simulation of the 1 D gas flow in the turbocharging systems of internal combustion engines(I C E) was proposed. The experimental and computational results show the high accuracy of the UnMa model to predict the pressure wave in exhaust pipes of I C E and the low gas flow mass errors, and even for the high complex gas flow in combined MSEM system, the computational mass flow error is less than 2% and with high computational efficiency.
