网上制造资源重组及协同工作

提出了利用信息高速公路构建网上制造系统．通过信息集成对异地制造资源进行重组，建立面向产品的虚拟企业，达到能够有效地组织并利用这些资源，以及快速响应市场变化的目的．文中综合采用物流技术和规则等策略，重组网上制造资源，结合计算机仿真技术，建立网络化制造车间的计算机辅助生产与作业计划系统，实现网上生产组织与动态调度

Network Based Manufacturing Resource Reorganization and Its Teamwork

In view of the technology status of middle and small sized machinery manufacturing enterprises in China,this paper put forward applying information highway to establish network based manufacturing system.Through information integration to reorganize manufacturing resources at different region,the product oriented virtual enterprise was built up,and these resources can be organized and used effectively to respond quickly to the change of market.The strategies such as the material flow technology,rules,etc, were adopted to reorganize network based manufacturing resources.On the basis of computer simulation technology,computer assisted production and schedule system of network based workshop was established to realize the organization and dymamic schedule.
