螺旋桨强度的厚壳元分析

摘    要:本文介绍厚壳元形式的有限元方法,用来对螺旋桨强度进行数值分析。在编制螺旋桨应力分析的计算机程序时,考虑到螺旋桨叶几何形状复杂,为大幅度减少输入数据,加入自动生成桨叶弦向展向网格上坐标值的前处理子程序。用此计算机程序计算了文献4]提供的实例,与实验结果比较表明本计算所得到的螺旋桨桨叶位移和应力与实验结果吻合良好。与板壳元法和三维曲面元法计算结果比较表明本方法与三维曲面元法一样,比板壳元法有更高的精度,而计算所需机时比三维曲面元法更省。

Abstract:The paper presents a thick shell element method for the stress analysis of propeller blades.The corresponding computer program has been developed, all the geometrical input data of propeller blades for the finite element calculation are automatically generated by the discretization of propeller blade surface in the chordwise and spanwise directions.An example of application of this method is provided.Comparisons of calculated results with existing experimental data indicate good agreement.The advantages of this method,compared with the shell and solid element methods,are also described in the paper.
