摘    要:为了解分体式家用空调器的实际动态特性,需要对空调器的动态工作过程进行仿真.提出的动态仿真模型,主要包括4个基本模块:压缩机、高压侧(包括压缩机壳体、冷凝器和输液管)、低压侧(包括蒸发器、吸气管和集液器)和毛细管.按照开机与停机过程的不同,对于高、低压侧的模型分别采用质量引导法与能量引导法.该模型能模拟包括开、停机瞬态过程,压缩机较长时间工作后及高、低压平衡后的完整的实际动态工作过程.计算结果表明,该模型适用于分体式家用空调器的快速动态模拟,计算值和实验数据吻合较好

Abstract:A dynamic simulation model was presented, which included four main modules: compressor, high pressure side (including condenser, liquid line and the shell of compressor), low pressure side (including evaporator, suction line and accumulator) and capillary tube. For the models of high pressure side and low pressure side, the mass conduct method and energy conduct method were used respectively when the compressor run or stoped running. The model can simulate the actual dynamic process including the transient process of startup and shutdown, and the process when the compressor runs for a long time and the process when the pressures in high pressure side and low pressure side are in equilibrium. The agreement between simulation results and experimental ones shows that the models can be applied to the simulation of the dynamic working process of a split unit residential air conditioner.
