涡扇机船用化改装性能的分析研究

摘    要:本文从试验方案的设计、试验数据的拟合整理、试验结果的分析研究等方面探讨了涡扇机改装工作问题。文中提出设计方案的试验结果可通过本文提供的非线性最小二乘拟合程序得出总体性能参数间的解析关系式。文中还建议通过拟合方程式求出的数据可整理成地毯形图,它是预估和探索最佳改装性能的有效途径,具有一定的实用参考价值。本文最后以某型涡扇机改装为实例,通过地毯图的分析得出该机在大气温度300K 下发出功率为11032. 5kW 时的最佳改装方案。

Abstract:The performance of the turbo-fan engines changes greatly after marinization because of the change in operating conditions,which may cause the engine to surgeor even fail to start.The most important task of the designer in marinization isto take proper measures to find the optimum performance of the marine version.In this paper,engine performance is studied according to the design of test scheme,the fitting of test data and the analysis of test results.The analytic formula ofperformance parameters can be derived with the help of the computer program of nonlinear least squares fitting.It is suggested that the data obtained from thefitting equations be evaluated in carpet form.The regular relationship amongthe parameters of the engine in marine version can be clearly shown in the figureswith carpet forms.The figures are effective means to predict and seek optimumengine performance after marinization.Therefore,they are of certain referentialvalue.The marine version of an engine is taken as an example.Fromthe analysis of the carpet-form figures,the engines output derived from the optimum scheme of marine versions is 11032. 5kW at atmospheric temperature of 300K.
