汽车操纵稳定性的虚拟试验技术

摘    要:设计了汽车操纵稳定性虚拟试验系统,建立操纵稳定性动力学仿真分析模型,并进行车辆实体建模和行为建模.虚拟试验场案采用分层模块化的树形结构,用不同的类和节点并组织虚拟试验场的各种对象,并设置了光照、雾化和声音信息.虚拟试验过程是数据空间到图形图像空间的映射,使用WTK编程,通过仿真分析数据驱动汽车在虚拟的试验场中行驶,并用分割视屏窗口的方法实现了试验过程的立体视觉显示,从而实现了操纵稳定性的虚拟试验.实际车辆试验表明,虚拟试验分析数据与实车试验比较接近,驾驶员感受的场号与实车试验有较好的一致性.

Abstract:This paper designed a virtual test system on vehicle handling and stability,established the dynamic model for handling and stability.The virtual proving ground was made of hierarchical components and constructed by a serious of special classes.Light,fog and voice was set to the proving ground also.The virtual test process is the vehicle model driven in the virtual proving ground by the vehicle parameters and states obtained from the dynamics simulation,and is realized by the World Tool Kit(WTK) software.Stereovision images are reached by splitting the display window.The actual test shows that when the vehicle model runs in the virtual ground,driver can obtain the partly reality felling,and the virtual test is closed to the real test.This study delivered a new approach of quick investigation,evaluation for innovative concepts in automotive development which can drastically reduce the time and cost.
