| 摘 要： | 构建了基于关系合约的供应链合作伙伴关系的理论模型，给出了供应链合作伙伴关系可自执行性的条件，并分析了资产专用性对可自执行性的影响．结果发现：供应链合作伙伴关系适合于中等资产专用度的场合；若资产专用度较高，则合作收益必须足够大，才能保证合作伙伴关系的可自执行性。

| Abstract: | This paper established a theoretical model of relational contract-based partnerships in supply chain and drew out the conditions for the self-enforceability of partnerships in supply chain. It also analyzed the impacts of the degree of asset specificity on the self-enforceability. The findings suggested that partnerships in supply chain are most suitable for the situation with intermediate degree of asset specificity. The higher the degree of asset specificity is, the greater the return from cooperation is required to assure the self-enforceability. |
