摘    要:介绍了一种基于CCD视觉传感器的实时焊缝图像获取与处理方法,针对2 mm铝合金薄板无间隙对接的焊接特点,设计了与之相适应的减光-滤光传感系统,获得了特征明晰的焊缝实时图像,同时确定了一套符合该系统的焊缝图像处理算法,取得了很好的效果,为后续的焊缝跟踪提供了条件.

Abstract:A new real-time weld seam image extraction and processing method based on CCD sensor was introduced.It is specially designed for the 2 mm-deep aluminum alloy sheets welding without an obvious weld seam between two sheets.Considering the characters of aluminum alloy welding,it developed an adequate dimmer-filter glass system,and gained a clear real-time weld seam image.Then a series of image processing algorithm routine was used to get weld seam in the image,which demonstrates a feasible and effective result.
