目标可靠度约束下的潜艇耐压圆柱壳优化设计

摘    要:以结构目标可靠度为约束条件对潜艇耐压圆柱壳进行了优化设计研究.根据潜艇耐压圆柱壳结构的特点确定设计变量和相应的结构失效模式,并确立结构优化时的优化目标及有关约束条件,其中,可靠性约束是考虑潜艇耐压圆柱壳强度和稳定性失效的系统可靠性.推导了相应的计算公式,编制了可用于工程实际的计算机程序,并以一具体实例进行了优化设计分析,为潜艇结构的可靠性设计提供一定的理论基础.

Reliability Based Optimal Design of Submarine Cylindrical Pressure Hull
Abstract:The reliability based optimal design of submarine cylindrical pressure hulls is studied. First, based on the characters of submarine cylindrical pressure hulls, design variables and failure modes are established. Then, the option target and restricted conditions are developed. In the optimal design process, the system reliability of strength and stability of submarine cylindrical pressure hulls is considered. In the last, a computer program is developed which takes account of the discrete nature of some variables. The advantages of the reliability based optimal design are demonstrated by an example.
