基于知识的油泵类产品仿真设计

摘    要:由于油泵产品的设计存在着复杂性与多变性,难以用一系列的数学公式表达.提出了采用面向对象的表述方法,建立油泵产品的体系结构.利用专家系统的知识构造法建立了基于设计人员和配试人员经验的知识库,用一定的推理规则进行相似产品的设计和辅助配试,使设计周期大大缩短,配试成功率得以提高.

Abstract:It is difficult to build up a mathematical model to describe working process of fuel injecting system and predict its performance. In this paper, a method based on object oriented method is used to describe the architecture of fuel injecting system. The knowledge data base management system(DBMS) based on the principle of expert system is used to store the designer and matcher's experience, and a heuristic rule based system is used to perform the similar produce designing and matching assistant. It can reduce the period of designing process and improve the matching success ratio.
