| 摘 要： | 根据上海医科大学进行的远程医疗系统工作，阐述了分布式，开放性的远程医疗系统的一些技术难点和技术细节，并就远程医疗系统的网络化多媒体特性，对“远程医疗”系统在我国的开展和推广模型进行了一些研究和展望。

| Abstract: | The development of computer and communication makes it possible to study and implement remote medical system.Based on our work in Shanghai Medical University the first complete model of remote medical system in our country is proposed.Some important techinical details and special features of the model are described.Also some prospects of the use of remote medical system in our country are made. |
