| 摘 要： | 从“组织发展”（Ｏｒｇａｎｉｚａｔｉｏｎａｌ Ｄｅｖｅｌｏｐｍｅｎｔ）的定义和基本概念出发,结合我国目前改革开放的实际,论证在中国建立完善的“组织发展”体系的必然性和可能性．文中强调“组织发展”在我国应和职工的政治思想工作相结合,从而形成具有中国特色的“组织发展”系统．

| Abstract: | From the view-point of the definition and fundamental concept of "organization Development" and in combination with the practice of the contemporary reform and opening of our country. this paper demonstrates sufficiently the inevitability and possibility for the establishment of a Perfect "Organization Development" system for our country. In it, "Organization Development" in combination with the political ideological work is especially emphasized in order to form an "Organization Development" system in conformation with China' s characteristics. |
