摘    要:从产品生命周期的视角,研究实现知识驱动协同设计的深层产品开发理念.提出了在基于知识的工程环境下,实现知识驱动协同设计的解决方案:利用协同Agent的事件监控、过程跟踪进行设计工作的协同;通过建立产品的知识模型来驱动设计方案及相应几何实体的生成,实现产品设计的知识驱动和知识重用.采用了项目主页机制,提供企业间信息集成与共享的途径,实现产品开发知识的共享.构建了基于系统封装的知识驱动协同设计的原型系统.断路器开发实例表明,原型系统既能够有效地利用企业已有知识资源进行产品协同创新开发,又具有可操作性和实用价值.

Abstract:From view of the product life cycle, the deep hierarchy idea of product development was researched for realizing knowledge driven collaborative design (KDCD). This paper put forward operation solutions of the KDCD within the knowledge-based engineering environment: the cooperative agent with event controlling and course tracking is used to cooperate with the design; and by knowledge modeling of product, design schemes and the corresponding geometry entities are generated, so as to realize knowledge driving and knowledge reuse of the product design. It adopted project homepage mechanism, which provides approach of information integration and share between enterprises, to implement knowledge sharing of product collaborative design. The prototype system of the KDCD based on system encapsulation was built. The instance of a circuit breaker development shows that the prototype system not only can efficiently make use of excising knowledge resource of enterprise to innovate product by means of collaboration, but also has provided with maneuverability and practicality.
