水火弯板成形后板表面形状的数学模型

摘    要:给出了水火弯板成形后板下表面的曲面方程的基本形式.水火弯板的变形场可由成形后板的表面形状及平面内变形全面描述.对于帆形板火焰成形的变形,大量计算结果表明,各种加工条件下板成形后的表面形状是相似的,即曲面可以用同一种曲面方程描述.通过对计算结果的回归分析,得到了此曲面方程的具体形式,并比较了计算和拟合结果.准确性满足工程要求.

Abstract:The surface equation of a plate bended by line heating was developed. The deformation of the line heating can be described fully by surface shape of the bended plate and the in plane deformation.For the forming of pillow shaped plate, the numerous numerical simulations show that the surfaces of bended plates under various process conditions are similar and can be described by same kind of surface equation. This equation was obtained by regression, and is practical and precise by comparing computation and regression results.
