基于理想点法的双目标结构鲁棒设计

摘    要:在结构优化过程中结合鲁棒设计的思想,分别定义了目标鲁棒性及约束鲁棒性,将结构鲁棒设计问题描述成双目标优化问题,采用理想点法并结合序列二次规划优化策略求解该双目标鲁棒优化问题。为保持约束的可行性,根据最坏情况分析方法,在原始约束函数基础上加上带有惩罚因子的惩罚项。舱口盖及悬臂梁的设计结果表明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:A robust optimal design of an engineering structure was discussed by incorporating the principle of robust design. By the definition of both the robustness of an objective function and the robustness of a constraint function, the problem can be stated as a bi-objective optimization problem. The ideal point was used to generate Pareto solution of the bi-objective problem by integrating the sequential programming method. To keep the design feasibility,the constraints are supplemented by adding a penalty term to the original constraints with a worst case analysis. The design problems of hatch cover and cantilever beam were solved to check the usefulness of the suggested method.
