现浇混凝土楼板设计施工过程中的裂缝控制

摘    要:针对现浇混凝土楼板在施工过程中混凝土尚未硬化达到28天龄期设计强度时常出现的一些贯穿裂缝,基于数值模拟计算,探讨了该现象出现的原因,分析对比了控制出现裂缝的技术措施,指出水泥水化热及失水干缩造成的影响不容忽略.研究结果可供这类结构的设计与施工参考,并希望对设计与施工技术规范的发展有一新的认识.

Abstract:The penetrative cracks are often occurred in floor plates of reinforced concrete(RC) structures before the fresh mixture of concrete reaches 28 days design strength of itself during the process of building construction.These cracks in plates of RC,which look like irregularly,could bring much more technical disputation for both designers and constructors.The reasons of the problem were analyzed and the technical measures to control the cracks were presented and discussed based on the simulation.It is found that the effects of the hydration heat of cement and shrinkage can not be neglected.The results may be helpful to the design and construction of this kind of structure and,it is expected to lay a good foundation for the developing of the specification.
