摘    要:在对高速焊分析的基础上,提出了多种电流波形控制方法:恒压特性、恒流特性、大恒流 小恒流特性,并分别介绍其工作过程.通过实验获得了适合于高速焊的波控方法:大恒流 小恒流特性控制;对波控参数的优化使焊接速度提高到1.5m/min.焊接过程稳定,飞溅小,焊缝成形表面光滑,熔宽均匀一致,波纹致密,焊接质量好.对燃弧阶段采用两段恒流进行控制是全新的控制思路,有利于实现燃弧能量的精确控制.

Abstract:Based on analyzing the high-speed welding process, this paper introduced various electrical current waveform control methods such as constant current, constant voltage, big constant current and small constant current. And it also introduced their work process respectively. Through experiment the waveform method that is suitable for high speed welding, big constant current and small constant current characteristic, was acquired. By optimizing the parameters of waveform control,the welding speed is raised to 1.5 m/min, the process of welding is stable and splash small, the welding quality is good. The two constant current control in arc period is a new control thought, which is propitious to the accurate control of the arc energy.
