| 摘 要： | 面对城市危机，二三产业发展的内生性受到挑战，故定位都市农业为应对“中间因风险”的二三产业平衡体，并据此构建内生增长模型.通过最优控制方法求解模型，得到了长期均衡经济增长率、横截性条件、两个子系统各投入要素产出弹性、消费的跨时替代弹性系数之间的关系，以及整个系统的最优条件.结果表明：互补相生的都市农业和城市二三产业可以解决部分城市内生危机；面向危机与平衡约束的都市农业内生增长模型扩展了内生增长模型的描述空间.
