企业集团的产生发展和竞争共存

本文分析了企业集团自发产生的原因和规模经济效应。建立了企业集团发展的常微分方程与企业集团群体竞争共存的耦合微分方程组模型。用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法，讨论了企业集团发展的饱和问题和集团群体的竞争共存问题，同时采用宏观分析与微观分析相结合的方法，探讨了对企业集团正确引导的依据。

Generation, Development, Competition and Co-existence of Enterprise Groups

In this paper, the causes of the generation of enterprise groups and the effects ofeconomic scale are analysed. The differential equation for the development and the dual differential equations for their co-existence and competition have been settled. The saturate issue related to the development and co-existence of enterprise groups is discussed on the basisof quantitative and qulitative methods. Furthermore, the foundation for guiding enterprisegroups has been explored and verified by means of micro and macro analysis.
