摘    要:分别用沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法合成了二烷基二硫代磷酸(DDP)、硬脂酸修饰的MoS2、TiO2纳米粒子,并用作油品添加剂.通过表面修饰的方法不但解决了油溶性问题,而且由于修饰层控制了粒子的长大和团聚.在四球机上研究其摩擦学性质.试验结果表明,有机基团修饰的纳米粒子具有优良的抗磨、减摩能力,并根据摩擦表面光电子能谱分析提出润滑机理假设.

Abstract:Molybdenum disulfide and titanium dioxide nanoparticles, which are capped with dialkyldithiophosphate (DDP) and stearic acid respectively, were prepared by precipitate method and sol gel method respectively. They were used as oil additives. The modifying layer not only makes the particles oil soluble, but also prevents them from growing and agglomeration. The tribology properties of the surface modified nanoparticles were investigated on a four ball machine. The results show these additives have an excellent load carrying value, anti wear and friction reducing abilities. The lubrication mechanism was also proposed according to the results from the X ray photoelectron spectrum on the friction surface.
