| 摘 要： | 光波导调制器是光纤通信系统中的重要器件，本文分析了Ｍ－Ｚ干涉型光波导调制器的工作原理，研究集总参数型电极的频宽特性，在ＬｉＮｂＯ３基片上用导波技术设计、制作了光波导调制器，并测量了主要性能。
