平衡式双定子泵流量脉动理论分析

摘    要:为了解平衡式双定子泵的输出性能,分析了1个作用周期内不同叶片数对泵流量脉动性的影响,得到了叶片数与瞬时流量之间的数学关系,并进一步探讨了双定子泵的起始相位角对内、外泵单独工作和滞后角对内、外泵联合工作流量脉动的影响.分析与计算结果表明:作用数为偶数且在1个作用周期内的叶片数≤9时,偶数叶片输出流量的脉动性较小,叶片数9的奇数叶片输出流量的脉动性较小.研究结果为平衡式双定子泵的设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:In order to acquire the output performance of the balanced double stator multi pump, by studying the effect of the vanes in one acting period on the flow pulsation of the pump, the mathematic relationship between the vane number and the instantaneous flow rate was obtained. At the same time, the influence of the initial angle on the output characteristics when the inner and the outer pumps work alone was considered. The effect of lag angle on the teamwork of the pumps was also discussed. It turns out that the flow pulsation of the even vane is smaller when the acting number of balanced double stator multi pump is even and is less than or equal to nine vanes in one acting period, however, the flow pulsation of odd vane is smaller, when the acting number of the pump is more than nine. The theoretically foundation was laid for the design of balanced double-stator multi-pump.
