电火花线切割加工中放电间隙状态的检测

摘    要:在研究放电间隙电压特性的基础上,开发了基于数字电路的电火花线切 割(WEDM)放电间隙检测模块。该模块对放电间隙电压和电流信号进行采样,通过给定的阈值和逻辑电路来识别不同间隙状态的脉冲,用高频计数器集成芯片对采样周期内的间隙状态进行计数,计数值传输给单片机完成有关计算,并送PC保存成文件以供分析,试验表明,该模块能胶儿检测WEDM加工中放电间隙的状态,为进一步研究WEDM智能加工控制系统提供了良好的基础。

Abstract:Precisely monitoring of gap state is a key part of wire electrical discharge machining control system. A monitor based on digital circuit was reported. Through a given voltage threshold and logic circuit, the monitor can on line identify three gap states during the machining process. Three high frequency counters are used to count time that three gap states last. The count values are read to SCM during the sample time and the calculated percentage time ratios are important for the machine to take proper control action. The results are transmitted to PC and saved as files for later analysis. The experimental results show that the monitor can effectively identify the gap states during machining process and it is an essential part to further develop an intelligent machining system of wire electrical discharge machining.
