门座起重机整机气动弹性模型的风洞试验研究

摘    要:首次对港口10t 门座起重机整机气动弹性模型在均匀流风场及边界层模拟风场中进行了风洞试验,研究了在港口常见风速范围内,8个主要典型风向下3个有代表性的四连杆系统俯仰角时门庄起重机的激励特性、振动特性和危险工况.试验发现,拉杆在顺风向也有较强的涡激振动现象.根据试验结果,文中还建议了门座起重机抗风设计的两条主要原则.

Abstract:This paper describes a wind tunnel test for a full portal crane aeroelasticmodel in laminar flow and turbulent flow with wind profile.The test wasconducted in 8 wind directions,i.e.,4 angles of rotation,and 3 pitch angles.The wind speed of the test can often be seen in ports.Some conclusions,inclu-ding the charateristics of excitation and vibration,as well as dangerous workingconditions of the crane,are obtained.A phenomenon of comparatively intense-vortex-induced along-wind vibration is observed.Based on the test results,in addition,two principles of wind resistance design are proposed.
