| 摘 要： | 研究了使用图像处理进行钢筋成捆计数的方法．由于成捆的钢筋端面摄取的图像存在严重的粘连现象，现有的资料中还找不到一种方法可以准确地对其进行计数，故提出一种对粘连图像进行计数的快速简易的方法——模板覆盖法．这种方法可以避免对粘连图像进行分割，并且大大提高了计数精度．使用模板覆盖法研制成功的钢筋在线计数装置，其性能完全满足用户要求．

| Abstract: | A method for bundled reinforcing bar counting by using computer image processing was presented. The image shot from the top face of bundled reinforcing bar is serious connected. There is no file described a way that can precisely count it so far. To count the connected forms, a fast and simple scheme named template covering was presented. It can avoid segmenting connected forms and greatly advance counting precision. By using the template covering, a device of real time counting of reinforcing bar was developed. The standards of the device completely meet the requirement of the user. |
